• Live Nation and MGM Resorts join forces to launch ‘Vinyl Room’ at the iconic Mandalay Bay

  • Perched on the 63rd floor, the new hotspot pairs legendary skyline views with elite ‘analog’ cool

  • A-list destination celebrates the city’s entertainment legacy with rare memorabilia and Asian-inspired gourmet bites

The golden age of Las Vegas is getting a high-tech, high-altitude makeover.

MGM Resorts and Live Nation have pulled back the curtain on their latest masterpiece: Vinyl Room, a sophisticated new lounge set to crown the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino this August.

While the floors below buzz with the world-class excitement of the casino and the ring of winning slots, this new elevated haunt is all about celebrating the legendary stars who made the Strip the entertainment capital of the world.

A Love Letter to the Legends

In a stunning tribute to the city’s heritage, the space is lined with thousands of records featuring the very artists who have headlined in Vegas over the decades. It’s a curated journey through music history, set against a backdrop of the most iconic skyline on Earth.

High-Fidelity Flavor

The experience is designed to be a "total sensory feast," blending the warmth of classic sound with a cutting-edge menu. Forget standard fare—this is "Old School" meets "New Wave" dining:

  • The Sips: Toast to the greats with cocktails like the rum-based ‘Golden Years’ or the bold ‘House of the Rising Sun.’

  • The Snacks: Bold, Asian-inspired dishes including Sushi Tots, Chili Crunch Chicken Wings, and the Japanese dessert staple, Taiyaki.

The Ultimate Membership

For those who want to live like a true Vegas high-roller, the Vinyl Room is introducing an exclusive membership program. Building on the prestigious legacy of the Foundation Room, members will enjoy:

  • Access to a private, dedicated members' room.

  • Invitations to exclusive curated events.

  • Premium amenities and insider experiences.

A New Chapter for Mandalay Bay

The opening marks another jewel in the crown for Mandalay Bay, which already boasts a tropical sand beach, the Michelob ULTRA Arena, and the world-famous Shark Reef Aquarium.

Whether you’re heading up for a sunset cocktail before hitting the tables, or looking for a late-night spot to keep the party going after a headline show, the Vinyl Room is set to be the "must-visit" destination of 2026.

"Vinyl Room is an elevated lounge where design and dining take center stage," say the developers. "It’s a space celebrating Las Vegas’ storied legacy, where guests can enjoy the best of the city before, during, and after the show."
